The netscape-remote port is broken: Neither does the checksum match nor
does the patch apply cleanly.

>How-To-Repeat:
cd /usr/ports/www/netscape-remote
make
>Fix:
The port will build with NO_CHECKSUM=yes and the patch-aa file removed.
However, IANAE and can´t establish whether the patch has been integrated,
is no longer necessary or any other implications (like partial application).
