Yes, in other case _all_ ssh messages goes to nowhere.

I grep syslog through ssh sources and found that all messages
are authentication related. But maybe I miss something, if you'll find
an example of non-auth message, we'll think about it. Worst effect
that it will be logged into /var/log/messages too is much better to not
log any ssh message.
