To override LLVM ver for mesa-libs, one should locally patch the ports tree.
And if one patches the ports tree, it makes more sense to ditch mesa-libs a=
nd
use mesa-devel instead.

I don't know why x11@ didn't go the bsd.gecko.mk route (ignore llvm default=
 in
ports but respect make.conf).

FWIW, LLVM dependency is optional with mesa-devel, which IMO is much more
flexible/configurable/usable for users who consume ports the Gentoo-way.
