Yes. My Computing Languages course was taught with Scheme (a member of the
Lisp family), and was by far my most enjoyable course in college. Scheme
is an elegant language for studying different programming paradigms. In
fact, I strongly recommend this book:

I had Prolog in my AI course. I understand that the course was previously
taught with Prolog and Lisp, but two languages turned out to be too much
for the students. By the time I took that course I was already familiar
with many variants of Lisp, though.
