I don't think so, since I use cvsup10.FreeBSD.org for ports and base 
system updates as well.

I just noticed that the last modification dates on the files in 
/usr/share/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook are all pretty old.  There 
must be something wrong with my make.

Thanks for reassuring me that the public key is legit.  Now I need to 
investigate what's wrong with my document build.
