Although useful info, that's not what he asked, see below:

To my knowledge that's not possible, because the hardware sees all available
RAM as one giant pool. At least on all desktop-class PCs I've seen (there m=
ay
be server-type motherboards that can do this, but I don't know about any
standard to query this).
