Though this may be a broken hardware issue, to me it does make since to at
least patch the man page in the section on DIAGNOSTICS watchdog timeout to
indicate that this may be caused by non functional MSI interrupts and that =
one
should try the dev.bge.%d.msi sysctl to disable them, with a further note on
how to report that one had to do this so we might gather additional data.
