Is there anything special that needs to get done to a id_maddr field
of a struct isa_device before you can use that as a pointer reference? I've
only worked with PCI cards so far, via pci_map_mem, and I know that
returns both physical and virtual addresses (and I always used the
virtual).

I'll now be working with an ISA card for the first time, and don't want
to struggle through it.
