Dear FreeBSD-Group,

I just received a 250GB external USB drive, which I tried on a FreeBSD
4.9-RELEASE
production system. But on the console I get the following:

Aug 3 17:30:47 www /kernel: umass0: Freecom product 0xfccd, rev 2.00/4.06,
addr 2
Aug 3 17:30:47 www /kernel: usbd_setup_pipe: failed to start endpoint,
IOERROR
Aug 3 17:30:47 www /kernel: device_probe_and_attach: umass0 attach returned

It is a Fujitsu/Siemens TX200, which the sollowing USB device information:

On a test PC with a 5.2.1 FreeBSD the drive maybe used (sysinstall displays
the drive in the list of drives).
Are there any chances to get this drive working on 4.9-RELEASE ? Or must I
wait until 5.2 gets a production status ?

Thanks

 Heiko Weber
