You should be able to find a copy of this doc. I say someone mention it the other day I think, not more than a week ago. I used to have a copy, but it mat be impossible to find, buried in the thousand books I own... If anyone knows of a source for some of the early documentation that came out of Bell Labs, in terms of papers and such, I'd sure like to see it make it's way to a CD!!
