patch dts

Since the switch to the vendor dts file, the beaglebone black only have 256MB
on RAM.
The only memory section is in am335x-bone-common.dtsi and is 256MB.
Having an overlay in our beaglebone-black.dts correct that.

Cheers,

P.S. : I'm using a static dtb file for my kernel but I think that the bug is
also present when loader loads the dtb.
