	With a hub and an ethernet on either end.  Without the hub you 
can use ThinNet.  I have setup such configs many times.  Use TCP/IP 
pannel in the mac, and creat a hist file on the mac and the FBSD 
machine.  That is it?  Send me mail if you have more spedific questions.
