Actually, unless the 'npx' driver can really live at an IRQ other
than 13 or an IO port other than 0xf0 we can change npx to just
assume those port and IRQ addresses and not even use any hints other
than flags.  On PC-98 it seems that npx can have a different IRQ but
the npx driver already takes that into account.
