>Description:

The acrobat ports (8 and 9) are not well tested. They would not run at all until I manually installed pango, linux-pango, and gdk-pixbuf in the ports tree (I also re-installed linux-gdk-pixbuf for good measure).

I now have acrobat8 running, with lots of errors on stderr, and acrobat9 will start, but crashes.

This is on a SCRATCH install system, so the acrobat ports are not properly tested!

Here is the first few lines of stderr from acroread (acroread8 port):

---------start acroread 8 stderr------------

Here is the first few lines of acroread (acroread9 port) stderr:

>How-To-Repeat:

Install FreeBSD 7.1 from CD
portsnap fetch extract
portsnap fetch update
make and install pango, linux-pango, gdk-pixbuf
de-install and re-install linux-gdk-pixbuf
make and install acroread8
test it

de-install acroread8
make and install acroread9
test it
