Try 'man send-pr'.  It's how you send a patch request.  An automated
system with tracking.  Pretty cool, actually.

Me?  I'm just an interested bystander who runs FreeBSD and would like to
see the PDF Handbook fixed.  So it won't be me... 8-)

All you have to do with send-pr is describe the problem and, if
possible, how to solve it.
