The main reason I haven't contributed anything to the discussion is that
I'm struggling with PCBSD10.0 also, since I use the machine for my
regular work as well. 

One particularly disheartening bug is that making a new boot environment
to do the upgrade in, and safeguard the old 9.2 boot environment, seems
to be buggy. Both the new and the backup environments are upgraded to
10.0, and you lose 9.2.
