Yes.
Install mod_php5 from /usr/ports/www/mod_php5, then install 
php5-extensions from
/usr/ports/lang/php5-extensions. It is the php5-extensions port that has 
the menu you were looking for. Once both are installed be sure to look 
at your php.ini file to verify that the
extensions are referenced properly.
