My longest uptime system right now -- basically just an SSH-accessible store of digital audio files ripped from CD and attached to speakers in the living room -- is at 500 days uptime today. My oldest build date on a running system is "Sun May 7 04:32:43 UTC 2006". Obviously, neither of these is set up for public access. They're just neglected single-purpose machines. -- Chad Perrin [ original content licensed OWL: http://owl.apotheon.org ]
