Hi
The network card is an ISA I presume.
In which case it may need to be configured to use another
IRQ etc. Usually you get a disk with an ISA card that allows
you to set it up (you have to run it under DOS).
If I recall you disable PnP and set the IRQ as you wish.

PCI is much simpler..:)
