Yeah, definitely.  iconv seems to be one of the "must" libraries which
i18n-aware OS'es cannot lack.  Such as Chinese/Taiwanese people too
will be happy in future. :)

Ok, I will.  I've tested it for compatibility with Windows clients and
it worked just fine. :)
