While booting the harddisk isn't found properly but the drive is detected when issuing a 'atacontrol reinit' command after the system has finished booting. test26# atacontrol list ATA channel 0: Master: no device present Slave: no device present ATA channel 1: Master: no device present Slave: no device present test26# atacontrol reinit 0 Master: ad0 ATA/ATAPI rev 6 Slave: no device present I already tried the usual ACPI disable but without success...
