1) Is qmail actually running?
2) Is qmail configured to listen on FQHN:25?
3) Is port 25 blocked by your firewall?
4) Is port 25 blocked by someone else's firewall?
5) If all of the above is ok, is qmail not responding for some reason?

IOW, you have only begun to troubleshoot.  Saying im running qmail is=20
meaningless.
