Add to this ftp.ca.freebsd.org, which has for a long time not had the
FreeBSD stuff available.
It was actually mentioned in one of the lists a long time ago, but nothing
happened -- ftp.ca.freebsd.org is still listed as the ftpsite to use when
installing FreeBSD in Canada.
