Hi,

pkg-devel's last update included one that started adding the minor version =
to
the ABI string. I think this must have been an accident, as more coordinati=
on
is needed to pull off a change like that. I have an open Pull Request for t=
his
exact issue: https://github.com/freebsd/pkg/pull/1817

We'll need a new pkg-devel release after that and a rebuild of any packages
with the wrong ABI, since IIRC that's in each pkg's metadata
