The backtrace appears to indicate possible missing splnet protection in some other part of the kernel, probably when a TCP connection is rundown under unusual circumstances. I've never seen this myself, nor heard of any reports of this problem, so I'm interested in what your machine is doing to cause this. The "hackers" list is not the correct mailing list to report bugs.
