Due to a bug, some of the packages in the last week keep that dir empty. If you have the system sources installed, you can look at /usr/src/share/examples/cvsup. To actually answer your question, I don't think you would be very happy with what that supfile would do to your system. With the examples in hand, you should get a far better grasp on what's going on. If you're still uncertain at that point, feel free to mail me directly.
