	no they have not been turned off.
	we are not doing reverse lookups.
	we are already rejecting over 2000 connections attempts everyday,
	some of those from legitimate people with cretinous sys admins.

	this host is in vixie's rbl....
	i am checking the client_addr in check_mail.
	client_addr may not be defined in check_relay (per 2nd ed of sendmail)
	i will look into this.
