You are right, now I can compile the kernel. But the handbook says
you have always to use snd0 if you are not using pca.

3.3

Anyway, after compiling the kernel and rebooting I got
"pcm0: not found" on isa bus.
I thought pcm0 was a sound driver for pci sound card
but , evidently, I was wrong.
Now my question is : does freebsd3.3 support pci sound cards?

Bye.
