You can order the CDs from the FreeBSD Mall at:

http://www.freebsdmall.com/software/#bsd

You can get just the main 4 CD set or several other options including
the book "The Complete FreeBSD" with the CDs or the FreeBSD Power Pak
which includes the book, the basic CDs, and the FreeBSD toolkit.
