That's a good idea. But I would want the MAINTAINERS to opt in as well. For now, they could subscribe to the "Maintainer notification" report. I suggest that the service eventually become non-opt-in so that all committers and maintainers are automatically notified of errors found by FreshPorts. But that would not happen without FreeBSD project support.
