Specifically, this drops out of the box support for 486sx's.  The idea being
that if you have a 486sx you are either running an older more trimmed down
version of FreeBSD or building a custom release with a custom kernel that can
add back in the emulation code.  This saves us some room on the boot floppy at
least. :)
