I think you are quite right, in fact I brought it up to Justin Gibbs and he said "Hmmm. I'd rather see it get removed from the main source tree actually." While that may be better, it is in /usr/src currently and I don't recally any discussion about deleting it. So I will remove it from the ports tree in a few days if noone objects. Satoshi
