Hi. Unfortunatly, there are no H323 implementations for any
form of Unix I know of. (for those not in the know,
H.323 is a spec covering Video Conferening, audio, video, shared
applications. Microsoft NetMeeting is a H.323 system)

However there is a group trying to develop a Free H.323 system
for Linux and FreeBSD.
Their web site is
  http://www.openh323.org

They have only just started this project, so they have
only implemtned the protocol stack at this time.
They can rpeort an incomming connection and
make connections, but there is no audio or video support
yet.

They do want helpers to write code for them

Bye
Roger
