This driver is licensed under the BSD license, but I don't think
it will ever make it into the kernel. The author changed too much
from the original emu10k1 sources / audio headers.

I made this port to try and keep these drivers up to date with the
new kernels. The original author doesn't seem to be working on
this any more. (I tried contacting him, no response)

These drivers sound so much better for my card than the
stock driver..
