As Henrik Brix Andersen wrote:

The move was actually twofold: old avr-gcc (GCC 3.x based) became
avr-gcc-3, and former avr-gcc-devel now became avr-gcc (GCC 4.x
based). There has been some misconception about what could be done by
repocopies and what had to be manually copied over, so I could not
finish all this last night. Sorry. Now everything is done, and I
also recorded it in MOVED.

Welcome to FreeBSD, Brix. :-)
