Slovak language locale definition is missing LC_MESSAGES file, so some programs does not work with it.
>How-To-Repeat:
Locale works for date command for example,
when trying cal, frm or perl, it complains about nonexisting locale.

>Fix:
Link to czech language locale definition for messages (cs_CZ.ISO8859-2) will make programs working (correct solution would be to copy czech locale record and revrite "ano" to "áno").
