See src/sys/isofs/cd9660/*; hack code.  If you can figure out a way to
make it a mount_cd9660 option that would be cool.  Pester
hackers@freebsd.org for more information.

The problem is the Rock Ridge extensions which encode the files in
lowercase (I would think).

Any reason they have to be lowercase?
