A glob pattern on the command line now updates all ports that match 2. Clarify that we rebuild the port(s) on the command line by default 3. Document -K option 4. Note the move of /etc/portmaster.rc -> /usr/local/etc/portmaster.rc 5. Document that you need to look in the script to find values to place in the *rc files.
