Hmm.. I intentionally did not mark it for MFC, for 2 reasons.  I don't
run -stable, and I hate to MFC something when I haven't run it.  And
I'm also worried because it changes (undocumented) ifconfig failure
behavior, which I think is more objectionable in -stable than in
head.

If somebody else would like to MFC it, I certainly would not object.
