I've got a static IP address from @home.  I'm thinking about registering a
domain, paying another service to host it and then use the page there to
bounce inquiries to my FreeBSD box.  This is pure pipe smoke at this point.
I've got a few more O'Reilly books to digest before I start moving on this.

Thanks for the info. I haven't gotten it yet, so don't know what the
final outcome will be. If that turns out to be the case, is there no
other recourse?
