Yup... In line 1981 of the version 1.5 of 
  src/sbin/growfs/growfs.c
i c
  u_int32_t p_size;

U might want to change it into
  u_int64_t p_size;
or
  off_t p_size;
and then compile it
(maybe that helps)... :-))

I dont guarantee, that it will work... :-))
Do a fsck before and after...
