Make sure you have the lines:
OPTIONS    SYSVSHM
OPTIONS    SYSVSEM
OPTIONS    SYSVMSG

In your kernel config.

Also take a look at the LINT file for other SYSVXXX related options
regarding the maximums to allocate.
