Take the packages from
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/kde.

Here must be the required qt package:
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-4-stable/All/qt-2.2.1.tgz

Tudor.
