I noticed that many packages shrunk dramatically during the last
build.  It seems like the older ones have lots of duplicates inside.
For example:

This is why emacs and its friends are 30MBish.

This doesn't seem to be happening to the newer (i.e., built in the
last couple of days) packages.  I don't know where the bug was
(kernel, tar, pkg_create), but I thought I'd warn everybody on the
bleeding edge.  Sorry for the wide distribution.

I'm now running a rm -rf on wcarchive.
