However, back at the regularly scheduled program: the new patchset is
working very well for me, so far.  Seems that compiling with
NATIVE_BOOTSTRAP=3Dyes means that you don't need linprocfs mounted:
don't know if the kernel linux emulation is similarly necessary as I
have to have that running for the nvidia graphics drivers.
