If you read your portmgr inbox, you'll see the story of how how eik stole
Bash maintinership from me.  This was a local change that I was going to
propose back then if portmgr would have worked with me on the issue.  I
forgot to remove it from my local check out.

If you look at all the commits, you'll see it isn't a remaining change.
