I was trying to compile audacity, when this happened. gstreamer was already
installed. Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks!

bsd# cd /usr/ports/multimedia/gstreamer-plugins80/
bsd# make install clean

a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system
