>Description:
When making world, using the -DNOLKM option, compiling of
/usr/src/sbin/vinum fails since it appears to not understand
that /usr/src/lkm doesn't exist.
>How-To-Repeat:
make -DNOLKM world
>Fix:
if -DNOLKM, don't build either the program or the LKM piece.
