They should be in,

	-L/usr/X11R6/lib -I/usr/X11R6/include

However, Motif is a commercial package that does not come with
XFree86. There is a freeware version of a Motif-like system call
Lesstif. It's in the ports, /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/lesstif.
