I just cd'd to /usr/ports/net/ncplib and did a make && make install (after 
commenting out #BROKEN=                Incorrect pkg-plist) and the port 
built and installed without a complaint.

sakai# uname -a
FreeBSD sakai.maestro 7.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT #3: Fri Apr  7 16:19:30 
EDT 2006     root@sakai.maestro:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/SAKAI1  i386
